Welcome to Easywealth MediaHub (the "App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, video platform, multi-vendor marketplace, blog, and all related services provided by the Easywealth MediaHub App. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features (uploading videos, selling products, commenting), you must register an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password.
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Be at least 13 years of age (or older if required by your local laws).
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Video Platform & Content Quality Guidelines

We are committed to maintaining a high-quality, advertiser-safe video platform. By uploading content, you certify that:

You own the rights to the content or have explicit written permission to use it.
The content does not violate any laws, third-party rights, or platform guidelines.
Your upload may be held for review and approval before it becomes publicly visible.
You can provide proof of ownership, licenses, or permissions when requested.
Content must be original, informative, entertaining, or educational in nature.
Videos must meet minimum quality standards (clear audio/video, no excessive duplication).

Prohibited Content: We strictly prohibit hate speech, sexually explicit content, harassment, bullying, spam, scams, misinformation, illegal activities, violent or graphic content, content promoting dangerous activities, and any materials that violate copyright, trademark, or safety laws. Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, earnings forfeiture, or reporting to authorities.

3. Blog Publishing & Article Quality

Our blog platform maintains high editorial standards to ensure valuable, trustworthy content for our readers and advertising partners:

Blog posts must be original, well-researched, and provide genuine value to readers.
Content must be free of plagiarism, spam, and misleading information.
Articles must comply with all applicable laws and advertising network content policies.
Only authorized publishers may publish blog posts. We may expand this in the future.
All published content undergoes editorial review for accuracy, grammar, and compliance.

4. AI Assistance & Creator Responsibility

We provide AI tools on the upload and product pages to help you enhance titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails, and images for better SEO and visibility.

You must write a standard title and description first, then improve them with AI assistance.
Our AI does not auto-generate content without your prompt and direction.
AI-generated images carry a watermark identifying Easywealth MediaHub as the source platform.
You remain fully responsible for the accuracy, compliance, originality, and legality of all content you publish.

5. Marketplace & Vendor Terms

For users selling products ("Vendors") and buying products ("Shoppers"):

Product Approval: All product listings require review and approval before they go live. We verify product descriptions, images, and compliance.
Product Quality: Vendors must provide accurate descriptions, genuine images, and fair pricing. Misleading listings will be removed.
Illegal Products: We disallow illegal, counterfeit, hazardous, or regulated products such as drugs, weapons, or other prohibited items. Violations result in immediate removal and account suspension.
Vendors: Must fulfill orders promptly, describe products accurately, and handle refunds in accordance with shop policies.
Shoppers: Must read each vendor's shop policies before purchasing.
Off-Platform Transactions: Transactions made outside our platform are void and not covered by our protections.
Communication: Do not contact vendors outside the platform. Use our built-in contact service for fast, secure communication.

6. Ad Policy, Fraud & Termination

Zero Tolerance for Ad Fraud: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for invalid traffic and ad fraud. We utilize advanced detection systems to monitor all ad activity. If we detect fraud on our ads, we will immediately terminate the account and forfeit all earnings. Creators must strictly comply with all advertising policies of our partners.

All creators must strictly comply with the policies of our advertising partners. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Invalid Clicks: Clicking on your own ads or using bots, automated scripts, or click farms to generate traffic.
Encouraging Clicks: Asking users to "click the ads to support me" or using deceptive implementation to cause accidental clicks.
Traffic Sources: Using paid-to-click (PTC) services, traffic exchanges, or other artificial traffic sources.
Ad Placement: Modifying ad code, hiding ads, or placing ads on pages with prohibited content (adult, violence, illegal).

Detection & Enforcement: We use advanced fraud detection systems. If fraud is detected, we reserve the right to disable monetization, suspend your account, and withhold unpaid earnings indefinitely to refund advertisers.

7. Monetization & Earnings

Our "Earn" features allow creators to generate revenue:

Ad Revenue: Based strictly on valid impressions and clicks. Invalid traffic will be deducted from earnings.
Payouts: Subject to a minimum threshold. You must provide valid tax and payment information.
Right to Modify: We reserve the right to change reward rates, revenue share percentages, and monetization eligibility criteria at any time.
Earnings Disclaimer: Earnings are estimates based on valid traffic. Actual payouts may vary based on advertiser demand and traffic quality.

8. Online Courses & Tutor Earnings

MediaHub offers a Learning Academy where tutors can create and sell courses:

Tutor Revenue Share: Tutors receive 70% of course sales. The platform retains 30% as a service fee covering payment processing, hosting, and platform maintenance.
Enrollment Policy: Upon successful payment, students are automatically enrolled in the course. Enrollments are non-transferable.
Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Tutors may forfeit earnings for refunded enrollments.
Content Ownership: Tutors retain ownership of course content but grant MediaHub a license to host, display, and distribute it on the platform.
Quality Standards: Courses must meet our quality guidelines. We reserve the right to remove courses that violate community standards or contain misleading information.
Tutor Payouts: Tutor earnings are paid via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Mobile Money after reaching the minimum payout threshold.

9. MediaHub Rewards Program

The MediaHub Rewards Program offers incentive campaigns for creators, vendors, and tutors:

Eligibility: Participation is open to verified creators, vendors, bloggers, and tutors with accounts in good standing.
Campaign Participation: Users must actively enroll in campaigns via the Studio dashboard. Progress is tracked algorithmically based on linked content.
Winning Criteria: Campaigns may include metrics such as video uploads, watch hours, total engagements (likes, comments, shares), sales, or other defined criteria.
Winner Selection: Winners are determined by algorithmic ranking with final admin review. Admin reserves the right to disqualify participants for fraudulent activity.
Leaderboard Privacy: Leaderboards are hidden from participants during active campaigns to maintain fair competition.
Reward Payouts: Rewards are credited to the user's balance and can be withdrawn via standard payout methods after verification.
Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel campaigns at any time without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

The Easywealth MediaHub platform, including its code, design, branding, and proprietary features, is owned by us. User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote it on the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easywealth MediaHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
